The Construction Hub – Sevenoaks, September ’26

Construction Networking Locations

Sevenoaks
Set in the stunning Kent countryside, Wildernesse Golf Club is home to the Sevenoaks Construction Hub an exclusive event designed for Architecture, Construction, Design, and Build professionals working on prime and super-prime residential projects in and around Kent.
The
Construction Hub
The Construction Hub was created around a simple belief: the best homes are built by great people working together.
Our community brings together architects, interior designers, specialist contractors and skilled trades across Kent and the South East who value quality, craftsmanship and genuine relationships. By getting to know the people behind the businesses, we create opportunities for better collaboration and better projects.
The Construction Hub is a not-for-profit community, with any surplus after costs donated to our chosen charity, Taylor Made Dreams. This means every event helps strengthen our industry while also contributing to something far beyond it.
Join us on our journey and discover the story behind The Construction Hub.

Our Partners

Sonitus
At Sonitus, we’ve always believed that the best projects are built by great people working together. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside talented architects, designers and specialist trades who share our passion for quality, craftsmanship and doing things properly.
Hosting The Construction Hub is our way of bringing those people together, helping new relationships grow and strengthening the community we’re proud to be part of. As long-time supporters of Taylor Made Dreams, we’re especially proud that by creating this community, we’re also able to contribute to something far beyond our industry and support a charity that makes such a meaningful difference to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Taylor-Made Dreams
The Construction Hub is proud to support our chosen charity: Taylor-Made Dreams. Taylor-Made Dreams enables children with life-limiting illnesses to achieve their dreams when time is precious. We aim to enable children and their families to experience unique quality time and experiences together, which otherwise may not have been possible without support from our services.

FAQ's

We bring together people involved in the design, construction and improvement of luxury homes across West Kent, creating opportunities to build genuine connections, share knowledge and collaborate on projects.
We believe the best opportunities come from knowing and trusting the right people. By building relationships within our community, we help businesses work together, recommend one another and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Can I still come if you already have someone attending in the same profession?
Yes.
The Construction Hub is not built around exclusivity. We believe that great people in the same profession can bring different skills, experiences and approaches to a project.
One person’s strengths may complement another’s, creating opportunities to collaborate rather than compete. Our focus is not on limiting connections – it is on creating a community where people know, respect and trust one another.
Is there a membership fee for The Construction Hub?
No. There is no membership fee to attend The Construction Hub.
Each event is individually priced to cover the costs of hosting the event, including venue hire, refreshments and administration.
For businesses who want to become more involved in the community, we also offer a Partnership Programme, which includes additional benefits such as complimentary tickets to our events.

Are any businesses not able to attend?
The Construction Hub is designed for businesses involved in the construction, design and improvement of luxury homes, as well as specialist businesses that support this sector.
To ensure the community remains relevant and valuable for everyone attending, businesses must be appropriately qualified and insured within their field.
We are not a general business networking group. Our focus is on bringing together the people who shape luxury homes and the trusted specialists who support them.
