Our Story

The Construction Hub began in late 2024 with a simple idea: bring together the people shaping luxury homes across West Kent and the South East.

After attending a similar event hosted by architect and interior designer Leoni Uskuri in St Albans, our founder Stuart saw an opportunity to create something closer to home – not just another networking event, but a community where architects, designers, specialist contractors and skilled trades could build genuine relationships and work together more effectively over time.

Because the best projects are always built on trust between people. Too often, the industry becomes a race to the bottom, with price taking priority over skill, experience and craftsmanship. When that happens, quality suffers, and both clients and good professionals lose out.

At its core, The Construction Hub is about people. Individuals who take pride in their work, value their reputation, and stand behind what they do. Our events simply create the space for those people to meet, connect and build lasting professional relationships.

The Construction Hub is not-for-profit because we wanted to keep it simple and genuine. Like many networking groups, it could be commercial, but we felt that would risk making it feel transactional.

Any surplus after costs is donated to Taylor Made Dreams, a local charity supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families by helping them create lasting memories together.

It means every event brings people together professionally, while also contributing to something far beyond our industry.
