The Construction Hub is a monthly networking event for the people and businesses behind luxury homes across Kent and the surrounding areas.

Hosted at the beautiful Wilderness Golf Club, our events bring together architects, interior designers, builders, specialist contractors, trades and the businesses that support the luxury residential sector.

Our aim is simple: to create better connections between good people.

We believe that community over competition is about more than a slogan. The best projects happen when the right people work together, share knowledge and trust one another. The Construction Hub is a place to build those relationships, discover new opportunities and learn from others working across our industry.

There’s no pressure to pitch, no expectation to pass leads around and no need to be someone you’re not. Just good conversations, useful connections and a room full of people who understand the challenges and opportunities of working in the luxury residential sector.

December Speaker

Our December speaker is Suzi Mitchell from Taylor Made Dreams, who will be sharing how the donations from The Construction Hub throughout the year have helped the charity support the children and families they work with.

It will be a chance to hear about the real difference those donations have made and, most importantly, the people behind the charity and the lives they help to make a little brighter.

Supporting Taylor Made Dreams

The Construction Hub is run on a not-for-profit basis.

Your ticket helps cover the cost of the event, including the venue, refreshments and administration. Any surplus is donated to Taylor Made Dreams, a local charity that supports children with shorter lives by helping them achieve their bucket-list dreams and create lasting memories with their families.

We’re proud that our events can do a little more than simply bring people together.

Most of the time at our events is dedicated to open networking, giving you plenty of time to meet, chat and build relationships with the people in the room.

At around 9.45am, we have a quick introduction session where everyone has the opportunity to say who they are and what they do. With new faces joining us regularly, it’s a great way to get a feel for who’s in the room and identify the people you’d like to speak to.

At around 10.45am, we invite one of our regular attendees to give a short presentation about their business. It’s an opportunity to explain what they do, how they work and, most importantly, how they might be able to help others in the Hub — or how others might be able to help them.

Then it’s back to networking, with plenty of opportunity to continue the conversations that matter.

The aim of The Construction Hub is to help businesses grow through trusted relationships and collaboration.

We bring together people involved in the design, construction and improvement of luxury homes across West Kent, creating opportunities to build genuine connections, share knowledge and collaborate on projects.
