Joss Miller Interiors

Joss has been practising for over 10 years and set up Joss Miller Interiors in 2016. Joss has built a small team of dedicated design assistants within her business, and a skilled and trusted network of trade and interior specialists locally, to deliver high end new home projects in the Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks areas.

The Joss Miller Interior portfolio includes luxury new build homes, listed properties, large period homes and country cottages, as well as designs for boutique multi plot developments.

The team blends their expertise and signature classic style with client vision, to achieve a truly bespoke scheme for each project, whilst ensuring quality, cohesiveness and harmony throughout the home. As well as collaborating with kitchen designers, joinery workshops and bathroom suppliers, they advise on architectural details, space planning, lighting, colour palettes, finishes, furniture and drapery.

They are regularly enlisted in the early phase of a project to work alongside the architect and main contractor to deliver a full specifications package, to help the team and client determine the interior aesthetic and budget, and ensure the highest level of organisation prior to building works commencing. They also provide a full project procurement service, and support clients through the build process, from design to installation, offering a final styling and turnkey service too if requested.

“Our approach is honest and hardworking and we live and breathe interior design. We are so lucky to work with some of the most talented trades and interior specialists in the area who execute our designs impeccably for our clients. It’s a privilege to work with people in their new homes, to witness first hand how interior design brings warmth, personality, happiness and creativity to people’s lives. We provide a full service including specifications and procurement, and our packages include technical elements such as furniture and lighting plans, elevations and renders - but we also believe the best designs and decisions often come from a morning on site in muddy boots brain storming ideas and finding solutions. With this approach we achieve personal, considered designs for our clients day in and day out and we love it!"

Creative Director & Lead Designer

FAQ's

The aim of The Construction Hub is to help businesses grow through trusted relationships and collaboration.

We bring together people involved in the design, construction and improvement of luxury homes across West Kent, creating opportunities to build genuine connections, share knowledge and collaborate on projects.

We believe the best opportunities come from knowing and trusting the right people. By building relationships within our community, we help businesses work together, recommend one another and deliver better outcomes for their clients.

Yes.

The Construction Hub is not built around exclusivity. We believe that great people in the same profession can bring different skills, experiences and approaches to a project.

One person’s strengths may complement another’s, creating opportunities to collaborate rather than compete. Our focus is not on limiting connections – it is on creating a community where people know, respect and trust one another.

No. There is no membership fee to attend The Construction Hub.

Each event is individually priced to cover the costs of hosting the event, including venue hire, refreshments and administration.

For businesses who want to become more involved in the community, we also offer a Partnership Programme, which includes additional benefits such as complimentary tickets to our events.

The Construction Hub is run on a not-for-profit basis.

Income from ticket sales covers the costs of running the community, including event costs, website management and administration. Any surplus after these costs is donated to our chosen charity, Taylor Made Dreams.

This means that by attending The Construction Hub, you are not only investing in your own professional relationships – you are also contributing to something far beyond our industry.

The Construction Hub is designed for businesses involved in the construction, design and improvement of luxury homes, as well as specialist businesses that support this sector.

To ensure the community remains relevant and valuable for everyone attending, businesses must be appropriately qualified and insured within their field.

We are not a general business networking group. Our focus is on bringing together the people who shape luxury homes and the trusted specialists who support them.
